History
For over 20 years Lighthouse Counseling and Family Resources has continued to strengthen our presence throughout Placer County and deepen our services through our dedicated staff at offices in Auburn Rocklin, Roseville and Lincoln. We have also established a strong learning organization by providing internships for clinicians to develop and grow, using integrated therapeutic interventions to facilitate effective mental health treatment. Today we serve more than 5,000 Placer County residents a year, with in-person and telehealth services in English and Spanish.
Goals and Services
Our primary goal is to help individuals and families of all ages heal by establishing long-term safety, self-sufficiency, and positive health outcomes. We accomplish this through an inclusive approach that incorporates intensive case management, individual and group counseling, educational classes, and community resources. Our Family Resource Center team provides access to basic needs (including MediCal and CalFresh) and wraparound support to individuals and families.
We focus on whole-person health by providing counseling for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma and suicidal ideation and delivering educational classes focused on topics that include anger management, caregiving, empowerment, employment readiness, healthy boundaries, family wellness, quality parenting, grieving and loss, stress reduction, self-care and personal growth.
Lighthouse Counseling is dedicated to reducing and eliminating child abuse, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation. We are committed to building stronger and healthier communities through personal empowerment, accountability and wraparound support for people of all ages.

Lighthouse provides a comprehensive approach to meeting our client needs. We offer no-to-low cost counseling, educational classes and programs, and assist our clients in obtaining needed resources that help them through a challenging time.
